Thank you for supporting Shepherd's Center of Greensboro. Your gift is tax deductible and will help further our interfaith mission of "older adults helping older adults". If you have any questions about making a donation please email the Shepherd's Center office at shepctrg@bellsouth.net or call us at 336-378-0766. We look forward to hearing from you!

By Mail:

Please send your tax-deductible contribution to:

Shepherd's Center of Greenboro
302 W. Market St., Room 103
Greensboro, NC 27401

If you would like your gift to honor or remember someone, please share their name and indicate whether your gift is in memory of or in honor of this individual. Download a printable PDF form on which you can indicate specific details relating to your contribution.

Endowments:

If you would like to help us reach our goal of $100,000 by donating to the Routh Challenge, please note "Routh Challenge" under "Add special instructions" when submitting online or simply mail your payment to:

Shepherd's Center of Greenboro
302 W. Market St., Room 103
Greensboro, NC 27401

Please be sure to note that your payment is for the Routh Challenge.

A charitable gift of stocks provides an opportunity for tax savings while generously supporting Shepherd's Center through the Routh Challenge Endowment. A gift of stock owned for more than one year entitles you to a charitable deduction for the full market value at the time the gift is made. If the stock has appreciated, you also avoid a capital gains tax on the appreciation.

Planned Giving:

You may wish to provide a gift to Shepherd's Center that will impact older adults for years to come. You can include Shepherd's Center of Greensboro in your will, or as a beneficiary of life insurance proceeds or assets such as negotiable securities, mutual fund shares, certificates of deposit, or savings accounts in accordance with state laws.

Please consult with your attorney and/or tax adviser about the planned giving method that best suits your wishes and circumstances.

In Kind:

You can also provide in-kind donations to help keep our operating costs as low as possible such as office supplies, printing services or web services.

Sponsorship:

Your congregation can make a difference by becoming an annual sponsor of Shepherd's Center. The minimal contribution to be listed on our letterhead and in other materials is just $200 per year.

Your business or civic organization can make a difference by sponsoring our organization or a special event such as our annual golf tournament in September.

For more information please contact Lia Miller, Executive Director of Shepherd's Center at lia_shepctrg@bellsouth.net or call 336-378-0766.

Shepherd's Center of Greensboro is open to all older adults 60+ or retired. Membership is not required to participate, volunteer, or receive services.
